Vallé has been in operation since August 15, 1981. Some of you may remember us as a pizza/sandwich shop for the first ten years of operation. In 1991, I decided to expand and add a larger variety of menu items as well as a full service bar, at your request.
I believe our success the first ten years was mainly due to the fact that I surrounded myself with quality people to prepare the food, and always used only the finest ingredients available. Most of our breaded items are homemade as well as our salad dressings, sauces and soups. We have maintained this formula since the remodeling and expansion. I believe if you start with superior ingredients and personnel, you turn out superior products and dishes. I don’t believe in making things ahead of time, so every dish you order is prepared fresh for you. The entire staff at Vallé’s takes pride in everything we make and it appears our customers appreciate it.
Vallé’s name was originally derived from my grandfather Luigi Valleriano’s name. We have changed from “Vallé Pizza & Pasta” to “Vallé Cucina Italiana” because you, the customer, said the original name didn’t do us justice. You felt the quality of the food prepared was beyond “pizza and pasta” and that the new name would encompass more of what we prepare. We’re not just pizza and pasta anymore.
